		<description>I have been  prepping a few ounces of pancetta on the weekend (roast slices on baking sheet for about 10 minutes until crisp), then on busy days I use them to dress up roasted brussel sprouts, steamed green beans with shallots, salad of greens with pears and gorgonzola, etc. Saves time &amp; makes everything seem special.
